Our History
The beginning - 1983
Aptus was founded in Sao Paulo with focus on the development of computer systems – a software developer since its birth.
Aptus ERP - 1997
Launch of Aptus ERP, a platform which unifies every process, department and data in order to optimize the performance of companies from several areas.
Expanding - 2001
New office in Campinas (a city in the countryside of Sao Paulo state), expanding operational, sales and development teams.
Changes in the brand design and name, to “Aptus Tecnologia em Informação” (Aptus Information Technology).
Starting B.I. - 2002
Launch of the B.I. Platform, a Infomining Toolbox for generating reports, intercrossing metrics and creating dashboards.
Update of ERP - 2005
Update of Aptus ERP platform to its v2, bringing more features for a more efficient management of companies.
Satellite Systems - 2008
Creation of the strategic business area of Satellite Systems, aimed at market research and development of customized solutions for companies.
Aptus GA - 2009
Development of the Aptus GA platform for time and projects management.
Aptus RD - 2010
Birth of Aptus RD, one of the first and most complete platforms for corporate reimbursements in the market.
Infrastructure - 2012
Creation of the Infrastructure area to offer customized IT solutions to our clients.
Aptus GCA - 2013
With the introduction of Sao Paulo state´s e-CredAc, Aptus grabbed the opportunity and became one of the first companies to ratify a digital file and rebate accumulated ICMS (VAT) credit. Hence, Aptus GCA was born, for the purposes of CAT Decrees 83 and 207.
Pedido Web - 2013
Creation of “Pedido Web” (or “Web Order”), a platform for the management of sales orders integrated with ERPs and the follow-up of users´ orders.
Digital World - 2016
On the steps of the smart-phones global trend, we created an area for the development of Apps, offering unique experiences and mobility to our clients.
Aptus Freights - 2017
Creation of Aptus Freights, a simple and complete platform for auditing and simulating freight contracts.
Expansion- 2017
Expansion to a new office at Alphaville Empresarial in Campinas/SP.
Sales Portal - 2018
Launch of the v2 of “Pedido WEB” (or “Web Order”), making it the Sales Portal with the most features and resources in the market.
Fiscal Area - 2020
Aptus fiscal area expands to serve not only the VAT rebating determined by CAT Decrees 83 and 207, but also for the purposes of the tax substitution determined by CAT Decree 42.
New Aptus - 2021
Evolution of visual identity, strengthening the brand with a new position and clients all over the world using our solutions in several languages, offering services and solutions that transform companies through technology.

GEE
GEE was created with the goal of excellence in services and a commitment to quality. Born out of the merger of two pioneering and traditional groups with more than 40 years of experience manufacturing and selling pallets, they work in the segment of Pallets Management, a clever way to transport and store goods.
